I believe my future is beginning right now as I write.
Hi! I am Pragya Bhatnagar from India, currently studying for Masters of Arts in International Journalism at the Hong Kong Baptist University.
I did my undergraduation in Economics and Ancient Indian History but I was very much inclined towards Journalism. I, therefore, decided to pursue my childhood fascination and joined the Indian Institute of Mass Communication for a Post Graduate Diploma in English Journalism. At the end of the course, I bagged a job at the Press Trust of India (PTI) in the business section.
I worked with the PTI for one year as probationary journalist. PTI helped me a lot in understanding various rules and regulations of markets but I lacked technical and in-debt knowledge to write on different subject related to business and Hinrich Foundation has given me an opportunity to horn my skill, so that I can do well for myself and society in large.
