Key highlights
A flexible curriculum and wide variety of majors
Wharton offers 21 MBA majors, from multinational management and business ESG to business analytics and strategy. This enables students to tailor their education to specific career goals and interests. Nine are designated as science, technology, engineering and mathematics majors (STEM), which help students excel in high-demand roles that require both business and technical acumen. Students can also pursue a joint degree track with other schools under the University of Pennsylvania.
Opportunities for international study
Global Modular Courses provide short-term, subject-specific intensive courses designed to offer immersive global learning experiences and give students firsthand insight into the topics of their choice. Since 2012, courses have been offered in Brazil, China, India, Israel, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
Open to both first- and second-year students, the Global Immersion Program is multi-week study tour where students travel abroad to meet with local business leaders, government officials and Wharton alumni to closely study regional business and geoeconomics dynamics.
