Back-to-back training sessions
Hinrich Foundation alumnus Khiem Vu (Vietnam, HKBU MAIJS ’08 & CUHK MBA ’16), who is the Global Sources Vietnam Chief Representative, shared with the scholars his expertise on effective cross-cultural communication. The highlight of the workshop was when the scholars were divided into groups to simulate a situation where their communication and persuasion skills were put to the test.
Right after that, Hinrich Foundation Program Director Alex Boome talked about communicating effectively through clear and concise writing at today’s Professional Development Series in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Alex gave on-the-spot email writing exercise to the scholars to test how much they have learned from the training.
