Yan, also known as “Sally”, is an accomplished Investment and Corporate Finance Specialist with nearly a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Deals Advisory Manager at PwC Hong Kong, she manages the restructuring and corporate finance advisory services.
Previously, Sally held the role of Corporate Finance Manager at Sunac China Holdings, where she was responsible for managing offshore financing, fundraising, and investment activities. Prior, she worked at organizations including China Orient Asset Management and HQ Capital.
She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University through the Hinrich Global Trade Leader Scholarship, and then furthered her education by obtaining a master's degree in Finance from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
