Ninh's on a mission to help offline retailers thrive in the online world. As Local Coordinator at Cosmose INC, a software company empowering retailers with online advertising magic, Ninh oversees content creation and management for the Singapore and Philippines markets. His work keeps customers returning to the KAIKAI NOW app, boosting engagement and sales.

Previously, Ninh honed his customer service skills while leading the customer service team at Concentrix, a business services company known for customer engagement expertise. Ninh even brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality industry, having worked at prestigious hotels like Novotel Sydney, Mercure Sydney, and Le Meridien Saigon.

Ninh graduated from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School and later went on to earn a Master of Global Trade from RMIT University as a Hinrich Foundation Scholar.
