Logo - GMACDear Buyers,

On behalf of the Garment Manufacturers Association in Cambodia and our members, I’d like to thank you for your interest in sourcing products from Cambodia.

GMAC was established with a vision to make Cambodia a preferred partner in the competitive global apparel markets while aiming to facilitate a growing and developing business environment. It works closely with the Royal Government of Cambodia and cooperates with labor unions to ensure the implementation of labor standards in supplier factories.

GMAC’s members featured in this report offer export-quality products for the low- to high-end markets that meet buyers’ requirements. Although price competition and sourcing of raw materials are big challenges for the garment manufacturers in Cambodia, the industry remains to strive and, as such, is currently the sixth largest exporter to the US.

We cooperate with the Hinrich Foundation as we believe that its Developing Country Export Assistance Program is a bridge for buyers to see the diversity of products in Cambodia and, serves to foster a better relationship between local suppliers and worldwide buyers.

I give my sincere thanks to the Hinrich Foundation and Global Sources for offering this powerful marketing support to Cambodian suppliers. They help buyers find the right suppliers, which help domestic enterprises generate more income and create jobs for local communities.

Best regards,
